Functional outcome after surgical treatment of spinal meningioma

Objective: This study aims to identify the key factors influencing functional outcomes in patients with surgically treated space-occupying spinal meningiomas (SM), specifically focusing on role of intraoperative neuromonitoring determining these outcomes. Methodology: retrospective analysis included a substantial number patients. We conducted comprehensive examination pre- and postoperative records, surgical reports, radiographic data assess population trends, symptom duration, histology, co-morbidities, approach, neurological function. Results: Among total 55 patients, 48 (86.7%) were women 7 (13.3%) men. Laminectomy hemi-laminectomy most commonly performed techniques.
